Topic Overview
The latest version of Blackboard offers the ability to set up a shared/web folder on your local computer that directly connects to your course content folder for a specific course. This allows you to add files to your course without logging into Blackboard.
Steps
In order to set up a shared location:
- Go to the course content files area located in the Control Panel > Files > "Course ID" and click on the course link.
- This will return the course content page with a "Setup a shared location" link. Click on this link for instructions on how to set up a shared location on your system.
Set Up Shared Locations in Mac OS
Using the Web address of the folder, follow these steps to mount the shared location in Mac OS:
