This method usually fixes problems such as gray colors coming out with a blue or reddish cast.

- In Acrobat click File > Print to bring up the Print Properties box.
- Click Advanced > Color Management.
 - Change "Working CMYK" to "Working RGB".
 - Now send the print and the color should be more accurate.

If the above steps don't produce good results and your document is not using color, try enabling 'Print in grayscale (black and white)' under the Print settings.
