The bookstore has partnered with The Computing Center in Ithaca, NY, a reputable enterprise with 33 years in the computer industry who also services Cornell University, to provide technical support to the Syracuse University student population. The Computing Center is an authorized warranty repair center for Apple, Dell, and HP. Students, faculty, and staff can drop off their device at any time during bookstore hours at the 'CuseTech workbench. The devices are then shipped to the Ithaca, NY repair location for warranty work and repair estimates.
