  1. Download the free Outlook app from Apple's App Store. 




  2. The app will ask you to add your work/school account or personal email. If you are trying to access your SUMail account, choose Work/School Account. You will enter your NETID@syr.edu.




  3. If you have the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone, it will ask you to go there to get the code. If you have text remediation, look for the text with the code.

  4. The Authenticator will ask you for your email/NetID password to give the remediation code.



  5. Now your email is set up in Outlook. Good job, friend!
