Below are instructions on how to connect with an RDP Client for Windows and Mac.

Windows
- Download and open the RDP file for the desired RDS pool. (See: Retrieving an RDP file for Remote Desktop Services via WebClient )
- You will be prompted with a login
- Under username, enter your email: <Your NetID>@syr.edu
- Under password, enter: <Your NetID Password>
