If you would like to use Power BI please simply change your password on the NetID self-service page. Your account should be active at your next login. If you can not log in following your password change, contact the ITS Help Desk by emailing help@syr.edu, by phone at 315-443-2677, or by stopping into 1-227 CST. ITS staff will notify you when your account has been activated to use Power BI. Please allow 1-2 business days for activation. |
