- All reservations are made online.
- Reservations will not be taken until January TBD 10 at TBD 10:00am for the Spring 2022 semester.
- At that time (January TBD10), reservations will be limited to the equivalent of two weeks' worth of classes (4 for MW/TTH classes; 6 for MWF classes; 2 for one-day-per-week classes).**
- A second round of reservations will begin the next later that week (January TBD13), at which point a total of 50% of the possible dates may be reserved (see chart below).

- If you have verified with the Academic Coordinator that you are teaching at a time when there is no more than one (1) additional Writing Program WRT class, you may reserve all available classes on January TBD10.
- If you have verified with the Academic Coordinator that you are teaching at a time when there are no more than three (3) additional Writing Program WRT classes, you may reserve 50% of possible dates on January TBDÂ and of all available classes on January TBD13.
