- All reservations are made online.
- Reservations will not be taken until August 26 27 at 3pm 11am for the Fall 2021 semester.
- At that time (August 2627), reservations will be limited to the equivalent of two weeks' worth of classes (4 for MW/TTH classes; 6 for MWF classes; 2 for one-day-per-week classes).**
- A second round of reservations will begin the next week (August 30), at which point a total of 50% of the possible dates may be reserved (see chart below).
- A third round of reservations will begin later that week (September 2); any remaining dates may be reserved at that time.

Exceptions:
- If you have verified with the Academic Coordinator that you are teaching at a time when there is no more than one (1) additional Writing Program class, you may reserve all available classes on August 2627.
- If you have verified with the Academic Coordinator that you are teaching at a time when there are no more than three (3) additional Writing Program classes, you may reserve 50% of possible dates on August 26 27 and of all available classes on August 30.
