Make sure to have your mail configured properly in the Outlook app on your device before proceeding. You can find the guide at SUMail Configurations.


  1. Open your Outlook app and select your first name initial.


  2. Select the mail icon with the plus sign.


  3. Select Add Shared Mailbox.


  4. Enter the shared mailbox you have access to and select Add Shared Mailbox.


  5. Your shared mailbox should show up as shown. You can toggle between the different accounts.


  6. You can now manage the calendar for this account as well. The app will color code the events between your personal account and the shared calendar.
