- Open your Outlook app and select your first name initial.
- Select the mail icon with the plus sign.
- Select Add Shared Mailbox.
- Enter the shared mailbox you have access to and select Add Shared Mailbox.
- Your shared mailbox should show up as shown. You can toggle between the different accounts.
- You can now manage the calendar for this account as well. The app will color coded code the events between your personal account and the shared calendar.
