  1. On your computer, print only PDFs (convert to PDF before you send the print). Don't print directly from Microsoft Word.
  2. Open the PDF in Acrobat and bring up the Print dialog box.
  3. After choosing the copier, set the following:
    1. Actual size
    2. enable 'Choose paper source by PDF page size'
    3. Auto portrait/landscape
  4. Click Properties to bring up the Xerox settings window.
  5. Under the Print Options tab > Paper section, click the drop down arrow.
  6. For Other Size, choose Fit to New Paper Size > Envelope (6 x 9").
  7. For Other Type, choose Envelope. Basically the idea is to match the settings you chose on the copier in Step 4 above.

  8. Now send the print. The envelope should automatically feed into the printer. It should exit the printer on the right side.

Troubleshooting

  • If the envelope does not get pulled in, double check the settings.
