1. Open your Outlook app and select your firs first name initial.
   
   
   
2. Select the mail icon with the plus sign.
   
   
   
3. Select Add Shared Mailbox.
   
   
   
4. Enter the shared mailbox you have access to and select Add Shared Mailbox.
   
   
   
5. Your shared mailbox should show up as shown. You can toggle between the different accounts.
