These instructions represent a change to previous methods of accessing Clinic email and files
Accessing Shared Clinic Files
- Log in to a Clinic PC with your own NetID and password
- If working remotely, launch a virtual SU PC desktop
- With a browser, visit https://rds.syr.edu
- Log in with your own SU credentials
- Click the SULabs icon to launch the desktop connection
- Additional information on connecting to https://rds.syr.edu can be found at this link
- Open File Explorer (
) and navigate to This PC > G:\LAW-Filer\All\ClinicStudents
Accessing Clinic Email Address
- In your browser, navigate to https://sumail.syr.edu and log in with your own credentials
- In the upper right corner, click your user icon, then select Open Another Mailbox
- Enter the full email address for your assigned clinic account (ex. "crc0##@syr.edu" without quotes)
