Adding Recorded Zoom Live Sessions to Blackboard Ultra

Provided that you manually recorded a weekly live session or had selected “record the meeting automatically” when setting up your recurring weekly sessions, you will be notified via e-mail from Zoom that the recording is available (note that this usually takes ~ 30 minutes but can vary). The e-mail will look similar to this:


Your cloud recording is now available.

Cloud recordings will be deleted automatically after they have been stored for 120 days.

Step 1

  • Click on Zoom on the Main page of your Ultra Course.

Step 2 

  • From the Zoom Landing page select "Clouding Recordings" tab.

Step 3

  • Selected the "Publish" button. This will allow the recording to be available to students.
