To build and maintain connections with the growing number of alumni on the West Coast, the University established an alumni center in Los Angeles in 2005. With a remarkable growth in academic programs and alumni events, the center was soon outgrown. Thanks to the generous gift from the Kari and Dick Clark Foundation, in 2024, the University established a new satellite campus, moving into larger facilities at 5250 Lankershim Blvd Suite 400 in North Hollywood. The 22,000-square-foot space includes offices and classrooms, as well as conference rooms for workshops and meeting with prospective students. In addition to Newhouse LA, the Syracuse University Dick Clark Los Angeles Program is home to VPA LA, and administrative offices for Admissions, Development, Alumni Engagement, and Career Services.
