Billing Information
Please note the following regarding information that may appear on your monthly telecommunications bill:
- There is a one time activation fee associated with new ethernet connections. See Installation & Pricing below.
- Once connected, there are no monthly charges for standard ethernet connections.
- There may be charges related to specialty circuits (fiber connections).
Installation & Activation Fees

Additional information
- In order to place a request for service, please complete our online Request for Service form.
- If you are unsure of what your department needs, we will be happy to perform a site survey.
- Installation requests and site surveys are usually scheduled within 3-5 business days.
