In order for Kaltura to work with your Microphone and Camera, there are settings that need to be implemented by the User.
- If you have Kaltura open, please quit the program.
- Open System Preferences by clicking on the Apple in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.
- Click on Security and Privacy (will be in a different location if you have 10.14 or 10.13 for your Operating System).
- Under the Privacy tab, choose Camera and check the box next to Kaltura to allow Kaltura to access your Camera.
- Choose the same settings for the Microphone and Screen Recording.
- Launch Kaltura and test.
