Overview


Within Frevvo, users are able to export their form submission data to Excel (.csv file). In order to have data from fields exported in the Excel file, each individual field must be designated as a Searchable Field

Please do not use the Submissions (legacy) view when viewing and managing form submission data. This is the old method to view and manage submission data, and will be removed in the future.

Setting Field As Searchable Field


Searchable fields allow data to be exported to Excel, as well as sortable and searchable per field in the submission view. Follow the process below to set searchable fields. 

  1. Log in with an account able to edit the particular form
  2. Edit the form
  3. In the form Properties section under the Settings tab, select Click to setup Searchable fields
  4. In the following, click and drag the desired fields into the Searchable Fields: section, or select the >> to move all fields
  5. Select Finish
  6. Save the form

Submissions prior to setting searchable fields will NOT automatically become searchable or display in the Excel export! You must request a data refresh in order for prior submission data to be included.

Exporting To Excel


After a field has been designated as a Searchable Field, the data from the field's submissions will be included in the Excel export. Follow the steps below to export to Excel. 

  1.  Log in with an account able to view submission data on a form
  2. Navigate into the desired application that contains the form, then select Submissions on the appropriate form

    Do NOT select Submissions (legacy)!
