Purpose

To report the hours you work, the hours you take off, or both from a mobile device

Start

How often are you paid?

  • Every week: Report the hours you work and the hours you take off no later than the end of each pay period.
  • Twice a month: Report your time off as you take it.

Actions

  1. Log into your MySlice home page.

2. Tap Human Resources and Payroll Services.

3. If you aren't at Employee Self Service, tap the title and choose Employee Self Service.


4. Tap the Time tile.

5. Go to the daily timesheets:

A. Tap Report Daily Time.

B. Tap the slider to close the Navigation Area and see the entire timesheet.

6. Go to the timesheet for the day you want to submit:

A. If you have more than one job, choose the job to submit time for.

B.  Tap the left and right arrows to choose a different day.

7. Enter your time:

A. Choose the type of time.

B. Enter the hours.

C. Tap Submit.


Result: You successfully submitted your time if a Submitted Successfully message briefly shows at the top of the timesheet and the hours you submitted show up at the bottom of the timesheet.


8. Do you have more hours to enter?

    • Yes, for this day: Repeat step 7.
    • Yes, but for another day: Repeat steps 6. - 7.
    • No: Tap Employee Self Service in the upper left corner.
