Product Use Rights
Terms of Use: During the Term of the agreement, Licensee shall have the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Software on multiple computers running validly-licensed operating systems and to use, in connection with such Software, the rest of the Software Package. Licensee is permitted to create and use multiple Voice Profiles under this license. Voice Profiles can be stored on one or more computers or on a server to allow the speaker to move from computer to computer and still maintain a consistent dictation experience across computers.
Faculty/Staff Home Use: Home use rights are not included.
Availability
Institutional Licenses For Faculty/Staff: License costs are currently shared by multiple departments and are limited to employees of participating departments. Departments interested in offering Dragon and sharing in the cost are encouraged to contact their distributed staff personnel.
