Quad 1, under Tent B (For students on campus)

BIRD Libraries, 

Life Science Complex

Zoom Links for training, drop-in, and videos:

1. Set up begins at 10:45 a.m.
2. Calendar invites are being sent to campus students, faculty, and staff
3. Each Location will have a table 
   1. Bring their  items (signage, brochures, flyers, swag, etc.)
   2. Bring  table cloth as I have not requested skirting this year for the tables
   3. Bring banners, if available
4. Communication
   1. SU News Story (Sid)
   2. Will be posted on University Events Calendar (TBD)
   3. ITS has displayed the digital signs on every TV screen and as screen savers in computer labs (Eric F)
   4. Digital Copy of Flyer attached (Please post and/or share) 
   5. ESE to promote event in residence halls  
   6. ITS to promote event in weekly email
   7. Banner Stand signs will be in BIRD Library

   1. 10:45 to noon
   2. noon to 1 pm
   3. 1 pm to 2 pm
   4. 2 pm to 3:30 pm
