We have been in the process of migrating existing migrated all the old individual tenants over to the new universal tenant . If this applies to you, you now have two completely separate accounts: one in the new tenant, and your old tenant account. You may still login to your old tenant in the user@tenant format. To log into the new tenantcalled SUFS (Syracuse University Form Service). To log in, simply use just your NetID and password in the Frevvo login page.
