MySlice will be upgraded on September 27, 2021! This page will be updated throughout the summer with resources to help with the transition.
What's changing and when?
The way you login and navigate through the system is changing. MySlice will be protected with multifactor authentication (MFA), replacing the use of Duo for Financials users. MySlice will be mobile compatible and more accessible. You will also be able to personalize your MySlice experience. The change will be implemented September 25 and 26 (Saturday and Sunday). MySlice will be unavailable during that weekend. The upgraded system is expected to be available the evening of Sunday, September 26, with its first full day on Monday, September 27.
- The link for Syracuse Email has been removed from MySlice. Refer to https://answers.syr.edu/x/lAMyBg for instructions on how to configure SUMail on your phone. Or navigate a browser sumail.syr.edu.
- The link for Campus Solutions/Student Admin has been replaced. Refer to How to get to Campus Solutions for instructions.
What's not changing?
The business processes you're familiar with are not changing. Once you reach the service you need – such as time entry, creating a requisition, or viewing your class schedule, etc. - you'll find it works the same as before.
