Product Use Rights
Terms of Use: CommonLook PDF may be installed on one workstation per named user, up to the permitted number of named users for which annual subscription licenses have been purchased. Subscriptions are valid for a period of one year following each purchase or subsequent renewalAuthorized employees with an active subscription license and who have been issued a named-user account may access and use the SaaS Solution via the internet during the Term solely for internal business purposes.
Faculty/Staff Home Use: Home use rights are not available Named user subscriptions include access to CommonLook Online from anywhere.
Availability
Institutional Licenses For Faculty/Staff: ITS's volume license agreement provides discounted licenses to SU faculty and staff. Licenses are limited to faculty and staff who have purchased an annual subscription for each user through the volume license program. Please contact your Distributed Staff Personnel if you are interested in licensing CommonLook under this discount program.
Student Licenses: CommonLook does not offer student licensing.
