- What if I get the red exclamation point next to the cloud? STOP. Need to click on the cloud and see what's wrong. Transactions are not processing.
- What if I get the "White Screen"? Click on the navigator, click on the Assets tile, go back to My Schedule. If this doesn't work, close the app and reopen.
- What if I get the message that I'm working offline? That's ok, once you are back in range of Wi-Fi the transactions will upload to the system.
- Will I get notified when a work order is added to my queue? Yes, normally there will be a notification. This is currently off in the training environment.

- Select a work order, at least 3 should be assigned to you
- Review the request
- Add an attachment
- Report Work
- Create a Work Log using voice
- Create another Work Log by typing

- Add 8 hours for the day, regular hours
- Back to Work Assigned to Me
- Check for updates
- Green Sheets, if time permits
- Take a look at the time entered on the work order from today
