Qualtrics is one of the very few survey providers that gives unlimited support to all users. Every faculty, staff, and student will have access to phone and/or the support queue.
Having trouble with the features of the application you may contact support by calling 800-340-9194 or following the directions below to submit a Qualtrics Help Request.

After logging into Qualtrics (Login Instructions)
- From within the survey, select the"?" in the top right corner
- Select "Support Site" to search the Knowledgebase or Community or "Contact Support" to communicate with Qualtrics Support
- After selecting "Contact Support" select "Sign in with SSO"
- Click the "SyracuseUniversity" box under your login ID
- Select a response, for a specific issue select “I have a different support request”
Select the “Survey Platform” product from the drop down menu
Select the method you would like to use to contact support

Please note: Chat normally provides the quickest path to move your request forward. Email is typically a 24 hour turn around.
