Training Offerings: February 2021
Classroom Teaching Station training sessions will be in person. Due to classroom occupancy restrictions, there will be a limit to the number of participants, so you will need to register for these sessions at the link below:
Newhouse Classroom Teaching Station Trainings - Registration
Below is our current schedule of trainings through February. New sessions will be added as we reach capacity on those currently scheduled.
Newhouse Classroom & Teaching Station Training
Beginning Monday February 1, we will begin conducting walkthroughs of the technology in the various classroom spaces. These will be in person, so please register for sessions at the following link: Newhouse Classroom Teaching Station Trainings - Registration. After registering you will receive an email with the room the training will be held in.
Teaching Station – Newhouse Captured Spaces - Limit 19 Attendees per session
This training will cover classroom operation for the following classrooms:
Newhouse 1: 201, 205A, 206B, 206D, 206E, 206F, 407
Newhouse 2: 150, 151, 275, 470
Newhouse 3: 252, 253,

Teaching Station- Registrar Spaces - Limit 30 Attendees per session

This training will cover classroom operation for the following classrooms:

Zoom in the Classroom – Teaching Online/Hybrid Discussion
In this meeting we will discuss different ways of using zoom in the classroom. This is beneficial for any type of teaching setup: in-person, hybrid and online.

Microsoft Two-Factor & Adobe Account
This session will cover setting up your Microsoft Two-Factor Authentication, accessing your Office.com account and logging in to your Adobe account, managing the Adobe software.

This session will show you Microsoft Teams and cover some of the basic functionality of the program. NOTE: You must be either previously activated your Microsoft Two-Factor Authentication, or have registered for the session earlier in the day.
