Overview
As part of our commitment to continuously improve and evolve our services, we are excited to announce a significant transition in the infrastructure of our Answers knowledge base. We are moving to a cloud environment to enhance accessibility, application integration, and efficiency. With this change, we are shifting our focus to a unified, publicly accessible self-help resource. As part of this change to a public resource, Intranet Answers Spaces are not included in this new future and will be removed at a later date.
What is an Intranet Answers Space?
A Private Answers Space is any space that is not viewable by anonymous users or the confluence-users group. For spaces using the confluence-users group for the view space permissions, this permission will be removed and the space will be opened up to anonymous view access.
Recommended Solution
If your space is considered an Intranet Space, the recommended solution as a Space Administrator would be to /wiki/spaces/ITHELP/pages/159941421 to be viewable by anonymous users. If this is not possible or an acceptable solution, see the list of alternative solutions below.

Blackboard Organizations expand the scope of the enterprise Blackboard system at Syracuse University to support non-course groups. These organizations can serve as an online meeting space for groups that would like a space for information sharing, collaboration, and communication. Blackboard organizations are available for groups that support the academic, administrative, and research missions of the university, as well as recognized student groups (Note: Student groups must have a faculty/staff sponsor). Some examples might include faculty and/or staff organizations, departmental organizations, research groups, and student organizations recognized by Student Affairs. Organizations provide a collection of web-based tools, making it easy for group members to participate in on-line activities such as:
A Blackboard Organization is managed by one or more leaders who can build the content of the site and enable tools for the participants. Additional participants may be assigned support roles such as assistant or builder which have limited administrative privileges. Participants may access materials and participate in an organization, but not change settings or add content. All organization requests must be submitted through the web site. To request an organization in the Blackboard Community System, complete the Request an Organization Form. Available Resources:
