We have been in the process of migrating existing migrated all the old individual tenants over to the new universal tenant . If this applies to you, you may still login to your old tenant in the user@tenant format. You still login through the same login page, but with different credentialscalled SUFS (Syracuse University Form Service). To log in, simply use just your NetID and password in the Frevvo login page.
