ExamSoft login and Examplify authentication issues: Some users are experiencing the following login issues:
- attempts to log in at https://examsoft.com/syracuselaw are met with a redirect to the main ExamSoft page instead of a Syracuse University login screen
- attempts to authenticate the Examplify app stall on the authentication launch screen
These issues can be fixed by clearing your browser cache. Please be sure that Chrome or Firefox is set as your default browser, then clear your browser cache (instructions here) and attempt the login/authentication again.
Taking Exams
Midterm and final exams administered at the College of Law use Examplify testing software. Proctored exams administered remotely use Proctortrack software in addition to ExamplifyExamsoft's inbuilt proctoring tools. Information for each scenario can be found below.
