Healthy You is a bi-yearly health news magazine published by the students of PHP 227 – Healthy You Practicum. It is designed to promote health literacy and healthier behaviors among college students, faculty and staff on the Syracuse University campus, as well as in the surrounding community. The health newsmagazine increases health awareness, initiates a dialogue about health trends and issues, promotes good health-seeking practices, and fosters disease prevention and healthy living. This unique student-directed health newsmagazine is a prime example of cross-campus collaboration reaching beyond Syracuse University to serve students at other institutions of higher learning in Central New York. The Falk College Public Health program is pleased to partner with the Division of Student Affairs to provide students, faculty and staff, as well as the surrounding community with the Healthy You news magazine.
