To reserve a room:
Create an event/appointment in Outlook.
In the "Search for a room or location” field, you can search for the room you want to reserve. Even putting the room number or starting with “Huntington” should provide a list where you can identify the Huntington Hall room you want.

Set up the rest of your event as typical with a title, time/date, required/optional attendees, description of event, etc.
After the invite is sent you will receive an accepted or declined message from the room, and if accepted it will show up both on your calendar and the room’s calendar.
