1. Remember to create your Certiport account. This is required so your results can be saved.

2. Once created, you will be shown your Certiport page. That is all you need to do.
   NOTE: Do not purchase the voucher on Certiport website, you have already done so during the exam scheduling. Note: Failure to do so will delay your exam.

5. Microsoft certification exams MUST be taken on a Windows machine, so be sure to study from that perspective (not on a Mac as the functionality are different).

6. If you require a Windows Environment to study, please you one of the Labs in the Edit Suites, BDJ Labs or RDS (https://rds.syr.edu/)

7. Passing any of these exams will require that you study. Surface-level knowledge of any of these programs will not be enough to pass the exam.
