Students who are taking the Adobe/Microsoft Exams have to remember to do the following before heading to exam venue.:

1. Remember to create your Certiport account. This is required so your results can be saved.

   Note: Failure to do so will delay your exam.

2. Training materials: Adobe Apps or Microsoft 365 Apps

4. Microsoft certification exams MUST be taken on a Windows machine, so be sure to study from that perspective (not on a Mac as the functionality are different).

5. If you require a Windows Environment to study, please you one of the Labs in the Edit Suites, BDJ Labs or RDS (https://rds.syr.edu/)

6. Passing any of these exams will require that you study. Surface-level knowledge of any of these programs will not be enough to pass the exam.
