Turning Technologies has confirmed a bug in version 8.5.0 and earlier that leads to inconsistencies in the roster update and grade upload functions on both Apple and Windows computers. If you have trouble with one of these operations, repeatedly running the process has worked for other instructors on campus. ITS is now testing an updated version of the application that should repair the bug. TP says the update will be available to the regular update process in early October, but if you're having trouble with rosters or grade uploads and would like to try the update immediately, please email help@syr.edu or call 315-443-2677 with a few convenient appointment times.
