In order for Kaltura to work with your Microphone and Camera, there are settings that need to be implemented by the User. These settings are for computers that have macOS 10.13 or above.
- If you have Kaltura open, please quit the program.
- Open System Preferences by clicking on the Apple in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.
- Click on Security and Privacy (will be in a different location if you have 10.14 or 10.13 for your Operating System).
- Under the Privacy tab, choose Camera and check the box next to Kaltura to allow Kaltura to access your Camera.
- Choose the same settings for the Microphone and Screen Recording.
- Launch Kaltura and test.
