If you get the error message below, your account is not currently active. Ensure If you have not done so, contact the ITS Help Desk to get your account activated. If you have been notified by ITS staff that the account is active, ensure that you are logging in with your Office 365 ProPlus eligible account. If the issue continues, contact the ITS Help DeskYour password is manageable on our NetID self-service page.
