Downloading and Installing Power BI Desktop
Please use the following steps to download and install your copy of Power BI desktop. Note that you may need your Windows administrator password to install this software.

Navigate to the Download Location
Simply visit Visit the PowerBI download page in your desired browser and click Download.

Locate the file will download in your default downloads location. In most cases this will be your Downloads location of your web browserbrowser's download location. If you can not locate it within your browser, simply open your computer's downloads location.
