This page will explain how to test the form and all functionality.

• To test the form, click on the Test button on the form listed in the Applications windowMy Applications.
• Click on Edit.
• Select a form, and click Test.
• A preview page will open up.
• You can fill the fields and hit Submit. All the validations are checked implicitly and the form will be processed per the Doc Action settings.
