Course Description

Human performance characteristics, user/ system communication design alternatives, user behavior research methods, information system organizational impact.Students will learn to critique existing Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), and how to design ethical and equitable ICTs utilizing human-centered design perspectives and methods.
