To scan a document, double lick on the Epson scanner app on your desktop. Then place the document faced down in the scanner and click scan.
After you scan, there will be a popup that will ask if you have another page. If so, swap the page for the next page and click 'Add Page'. If not, click 'Save File', and the documents should be saved to your Pictures directory.
