When either initial option is selected the touch screen will display the screen shown below - the following sections describe all of the functionalities.

Adding Monitors or Projectors

If specific monitors or projectors want to be turned on or off there are "Projector Control" and "Monitor Control" options located at the bottom of the touch screen under "Utilities," as shown in the image below.

The monitors can be individually turned on or off, and can swap between the inputs (Local PC or Laptop).

Laptop Operation

At the top of the teaching podium there is a VGA with audio connection for professors to display their own laptop onto the classroom monitors and projectors.

Shutdown and rebooting

Note: When "System Off" is selected the classroom takes approximately two minutes to shut down everything and then reboot for operation.  Please do not turn the system off between classes.
